GAIA Chocolate is a venture of Finca La Selvita, created with passion in the heart of the beautiful Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Our chocolate is made from the finest cacao beans grown here on our own cacao farm, using a homemade chocolate process that boasts authenticity, from bean to bar.
At GAIA, we pride ourselves on creating genuine Colombian chocolate that is sustainably sourced and ethically produced.
We work closely with our local community, while also promoting sustainable farming practices that protect the environment.
What we offer…
We invite you to our CHOCOLATE TOUR to discover the magic of Colombian cacao – there is a reason it has been called the “Food of the Gods”.
We offer delicious chocolate bars at 67% and 73% cacao, based on the taste analysis and experimentation of our homegrown cacao. In addition: specialised flavoured chocolate, our own chocolate spread, cacao nibs, and boxes of chocolates (for those special occasions!) are available on request.
